WHETHER BUSINESS OF TRADING IN TILES IS ELIGIBLE BUSIMESS FOR SECTION 44AD ? AND I HAVE TO FILE RETURN FOR A.Y 12-13, ITS TURNOVER IS 29 LACS...WHETHER PROFIT SHOULD BE MORE THAN 8% I HAVE TO KEEP ?

yes it is covered under 44AD. profit needs to be atleast 8%.
