Company director's wife has given advocate service to company, plz let me know weather payment made to director's wife will be disallowed or not as per section 40A(2)(B)

It is a professional service. If the lady is ADVOCATE and competent enough to render the service of an Advocate, then merely because she is the wife of one of the directors will NOT make the expenses DISALLOWABLE.
