05 October 2015 Dear experts
one of my client has not deduct TDS on rs. 80000/- this payment was made to professional service provider, however my client does not want to pay the TDS on this said transaction, plz let me know as per section 40(A(IA) weather the entire amount 80000/- will be disallowed or only 30% of 80000/- be disallowed.

i file form 27BA provided that the service provider has already taken this said amount in his income, then what will be further consequences

In the query, you are mentioning about "one of my client"

PLEASE, can you please redraft in terms of say P Q and R, for a clear understanding?

And why are you mentioning 27BA...which is for TCS and NOT 26A which is for TDS....

(Anyway, your point as i understand.....if such certificate is issued then there will not be anydisallowance... full 80,000 shall be allowed.)
