I need format of letter write under section 288 ( authorised representative) of income tax Act.

LETTER OF AUTHORITY
I, XYZ, director of M/s. ABC Ltd., hereby authorize under sec. 288 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 / under sec. 44 of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957 / under sec. 43 of the Gift Tax Act, 1958, Mr. PQR of M/s. PQR & Co., Chartered Accountants, to represent us for A. Y. 2010 – 11, in connection with our income / wealth / gift tax / assessment / proceedings, appeals before Income Tax Officer, ACIT / CIT (Appeals) and Income Tax Appellate Authorities and / or settlement proceedings before the Settlement Commission and produce the accounts and documents connected therewith. His explanations and statements will be binding on us.

PQR & Co., Chartered Accountants do hereby declare that we are qualified under sec. 288 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Act 43 of 1961), sec.44 of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957 (Act 27 of 1957), sec. 43 of the Gift Tax Act, 1958 (Act 18 of 1958) to attend on behalf of the above mentioned assessee.
