Yes it is mandatory to comply the 212 (1) (e) statement and also needs to be disclose the facts and financials with the holding company for the financial year

If a subsidiary company yr end 9 months preceding the financial yr end of the holding company then also it is necessary to comply 212(1)(e) statement
