05 August 2013 I want to ask that whether tds u/s 194ia will be deducted if there r two sellers selling a single property worth 45 lakh each then tds will be deducted by the buyer or not ??

05 August 2013 if the agreement is one only but both paid sep then ans is yes as it exceeds 50 lacs threshold limit.

if there is sep agreement with sep payment made then no tds will be deducted.
