Whether office maintenance charges is included in contract u/s 194C?
One of my client is giving contract for furniture and maintenance of the same for 6 months and amount of which is to be paid in equal installments. Can I deduct TDS u/s 194C and book the expenses?

Yes the same is covered u/s 194C. you may deduct TDS on the same
