Are IDFC Bank, IDBI Bank Ltd. and ICICI Bank Limited treated as public Financial institution for the purpose of section 186 of Companies Act, 2013.

IDFC and IDBI bank are PFI (define under section 2 (72) of this act ) and ICICI bank is not a PFI as it is registered under companies act shall be treated as the same.
