plz tell if i will take secondment in my third year of articleship who will pay me the stipend the original principal or to whom i will be seconded

as per rules, the Principal is required to pay stipend. Kindly refer the regulation 54https://www.icai.org/resource_file/14485student_manual_14.pdf
