i get the mail U/s 245 demand to pay 8940/- AY 2010-11, now heis adjusted that demand amount to this assesment year 2013-14 refund amount 11420/-, then next what i have to do?

if you want tehn can allow them to do just give ur confirmation.

you have to do nothing. You will get a lower refund this year. thats all.
