Is TDS is to be deducted on transfer of Funds from NRO to NRE account in India by a Non Resident.

my NRI client has both NRO and NRI account. and NRO is in Indian Currency and he wants to transfer a funds from NRO to NRI. So in 15CA point nO. waht information I have to file in it. if possible give me draft copy of 15CA of a NRI person transfering money from NRO to NRI in India.

TDS may be applicable if TDS has not been deducted in the funds transferred to NRE account.

Form 15ca has to be filled after getting form 15cb , you can use information in form 15cb issued by ca to fill up form 15ca

In my case i have to file form 15ca for the client on his behalf as client is not aware of any provisions. So if possible please guide me for following things.
1) Should i mention the same name (name of client) both in remitter name and reveiver of remmittance name?
2) In this case no foreign currency transaction is involved. So what amount should i mention in column where "Amount in foreign currency " is asked?
Please reply on urgent basis
