29 June 2012 sir please let me that that i have some land at which is acquired by government and after deduction of TDS the paid me amount they provided TDS Certificate now i does not have any other income TDS Amoount To RS.12000 shall i get claim the refund for this and under which head shall i file my return .

Compute your income and if the tax thereon is less than the amount of TDS, you will get refund of the TDS.
