Company is paying its distributors commission by way of deduction on selling price of its product. The agreement between co. & its distributor states that distributors will be entitle to basic commission of the rate 3 % of selling price by way of reduction on the selling price on all quantities purchased from the company. Does it attract the provisions of Sec 194 H.
