Can someone define the appeal period given for section -154 & if appeal not filled in allowed period then what should we do now.

29 December 2013 sir,

you can file 154 application maximum within 4 years from the end of the year in which the order sought to be amended was passed.

the AO has six months to dispose the application.

If this 4 years period has expired, then rectification can be invoked.
