Hi all ca club members!
does anyone have the SEBI
guidelines applicable for Nov 2010 exams,for old course?
please post it here..i m sure it will be a gr8 help to many students appearing in nov..

Hi,
Last Year SEBI Guidelines were replaced by SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009.
So to figure out what is applicable for EXAM keep checking the ICAI Journal or RTPs.
For preparation of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009 use Latest Book of Munish Bhandari.
Also if possible have a chat with ICAI officials regarding applicability of the same.
