My client (a trust) has to pay 25 lakh franchise fee to a school in three yearly instalment . Please clarify that the above transaction attracts service tax. If yes, rate of tax?

Franchise is covered under service tax further there is judgement on this issue under which court clarified that franchisee fees is liable to service tax
