can anyone tell me plzz which schedule is applicable for may 2015 exams for ipcc schedule 3 or schedule 6????

Schedule III will be applicable.
Sections of the Companies Act, 2013 notified till 30th September, 2014 would be applicable for May, 2015 examinations for remaining part Companies Act 1956 will be applicable.
