Schedule iii of companies act 2013

Dear all,
I have a doubt about formation of Sch III of companies act,2013.
Schedule III will start with Equity & Liabilities head then Assets head will come.
But in Listed companies financial statement, it will start with Assets & then Equity & Liabilities
Why there is a format difference?
Can any one please help me.

Financial Statements of Listed Companies are prepared as per Ind AS and in Accordance with Division II of Schedule III.
For companies complying with Companies (Accounting Standard) Rules, 2006 Division I of Schedule III is applicable.
For companies complying with Companies (Accounting Standard) Rules, 2006 Division I of Schedule III is applicable.
