Dear Sir, I want to know that whether financial statments for the companies for the period commencing from 01/04/2014 onwards should be prepared under Revised Schedule VI of The Companies Act, 1956 or under Schedule III of The Companies Act, 2013.

ALL fy beg from 1.4.2014 shall be as per sch III as per ammendments made in co act 2013 and all Financial statements prior to 1.4.2014 shall be as per revised schVI.
