Schedule FA A3 need clearificaiton of Peak value and closing value when share is not sold

I have been allocated
1) 500 Share of US company on 1 may 2021
2) 400 share of US company on 5 june 2022
All the 900 share I am holding and not yet sold any share.
I think need to declare Under the Schedule FA A3
Could some expert can suggest what should I write under following collem
Peak value of investment Balance during the period
And
Closing value
I have been allocated

So will put like as on 31 Dec 2022 , 900 Share, with consolidated purchase price( sum of purchase 2021 and 2022) .
