Has any one know the VAT Tax rate & Schedule Entry in C - Schedule on zip used in trouser & dress in Maharashtra ?

It is not found in Schedule 'C',so the tax rate must be the full rate....MJK

But the party ( pvt. ltd.) from where we are purchasing zip for tailoring materials charges 5 % VAT Tax in Maharashtra. STO wants to charge @ 12.50 % when we are selling. There must be Schedule Entry charging @ 5 %. But I am not getting
