09 November 2011 A charge has been created on assets in favour of a bank. The same has now been paid off but the bank does not have a digital signature and hence for 17 for satisfaction of charge is not being filed. The section says that even if the form is not signed by the bankers, it should be filed by the Company. In view of E filing, will this be possible? What if the bank does not apply and obtain digital signature?

09 November 2011 Hi,

As per latest format of form-17 digital sign of bank is mandatory. So it is must for you to convince bank to obtain digital sign in order to file form-17.

Without filing form-17 ROC compliance would remain incomplete.
