dear sir one of our client and other person with same name,birthdate & father name have same pan number.what to do?

kindly contact the the jurisdictional AO to issue you a fresh PAN.

you need to surrender 1 with a letter to Jurisdictional AO regarding the same and preserve one copy of the letter with u.
