whether vat input can be booked on all local purchase under vat i.e whether vat input can be booked on small purchases which is being claimed as revenue expenditure.

YES YOU CAN CLAIM INPUT VAT CREDIT ENEV ON REVENUE EXP. ITEMS BUT WHEN YOU DEBIT THE AMT TO EXPENSES IT SHOULD BE NET OF VAT ONLY
