If a registered dealer of Gurgaon sell goods to Karnataka (unregd. dealer), what form should accompany with transfer of goods.

make the invoice and charge full rate of tax as applicable in haryana on that item, pls confirm from party that there in transit form applicable in karnataka or not.

In karnataka e-sugam is applicable , since you are supplying unregistered dealer question of E-sugam not arise
