Dear All,
Kindly guide me of follwoing.
1 Can i sale imported goods to buyer in india after paying Customs Duty.
2. Do i required trading license for that purpose or IEC & manufacturer license in enough.

1. no bar to sale goods in india of imported goods, provided these goods are not imported under any special or actual user licence.
2. no licence required for trading of customs duty paid goods, except your general business licneces viz vat/cst.
