Person sold agricultural land, no tax levied on the same but whether it is mention in ITR if yes then in which head??? thanx in advance

no tax levied on the same? What do you mean by that.....who the hell levies the tax on sale of agricultural land???? Can you please elaborate?

please take the help of somebody who can draft the query in the sense you wish to have in your query. Sale of land normally attracts capital gain and the same is required to be reported in Income Tax Return (Hope you are using the ITR for the same)
