i want to sale a property through power of attorney.this sale can be considered as legal sale?

power of attorney is a legal representative of you for sale purpose, and you would be stand liable for every action taken by him.
there is no bar to offer POA to some reliable person to execute sale deed, but the tax implications would be in your hand only.
