30 October 2015 Property sale deed format in maharashtra & what are procedure as well as rules to follow by purchaser & seller point of view

30 October 2015 It is one and same as elsewhere. For immovable property, the sle deed is REGISTERABLE document as per the Indian Registratoin Act. You need to register the same. You can do the same through Advocate. The online confirmation system is also available where you get a time when you need to visit the sub registrar office along with your papers.
