can we sold 12.5 perc. goods at 5 perc. pls give me ans with rules.

No you cant sale goods taxable at 12.5% at 5%. It will attract recovery of tax with interest and penalties. Rates of Sale Tax are mentioned in Schedule I to Schedule VI of the DVAT Act'2004.
