My Query is That we are manufacturer and and ltd company. we pay salary by cash voucher . can we pay salary 40000/- by cash voucher with revenue stamp. and how much cash voucher payment limit for us for other expenses.
pls clear my doubt

salary given to one employee more than 20000 in cash is disallowed dear... affixing stamp or not... doesnt qualifies any expenditure above the limits

yes as it is a buisness exp and sec 40A(3) shall make it disallow.
