08 February 2011 My friend was total salry in fin year 08-09 288000.00 His deduct on salary PT 2500, Insurence paid Amount 13000, rent paid are 24000. but this furm was close so he can not received Form 16 , so they will not fill Income tax return ? so please say the ITR filling proceddger?
