You can file it electronically OR mannualy. 01. Electronically you need to create your account on the site of e filing incometax india and upload. 02. Mannually you can file it at the ward of your jurisdiction. ( Please note that from the AY 2012-13, salary earner having TOTAL INCOME above 10lakh..... electronic filing of return is compulsory.
