dear sir may i pay salary that person neither who register EPF and ESIC nor deducted TDS.
If yes how much i can pay only person

PF is applicable is the monthly salary is equal or above Rs 6,501.
So that may be considered as the maximum limit for making salary payment without EPF implications.
TDS deduction should not be an issue here.
