24 September 2015 Dear sir,
if employer paid Salary Rs. 500000 without deducted TDS. How much amount will be disallow in the return of employer and Other implication

Plz any Experts advise me as soon as possible

24 September 2015 Dis allowance of salary Expenses not applicable if TDS not deducted. other then salary expenses only covered disallowance. but you may be liable to pay penalty for the equal amount of TDS which is not deducted
