14 January 2011 My friend Travel with his Brother. he want to claim Travel tik exps of His Brother , is it right? In LTA - himself, Spouse , Child, Parent and Dependent Person of family. so dependent Person includes Brother also or not?

14 January 2011 yes. For LTA claim Family means Spouse, child, parent & Brothers & sisters who mainly & wholly dependent on assessee. so it can be claimed when he is dependent
