30 August 2016 If i give resign to ltd. company without complete notice period and i didn't rcv any offer letter joining time so in this situation company can be deduct my one month salary agt. Notice period.

30 August 2016 Dear Rahul, Generally companies have clause of notice period of 1 months and if u not serve the notice period than company can deduct your 1 month basic salary. So it's totally depend upon higher management to decide Hope your query is resolved Kindly like if my response has helped you

08 September 2016 Dear sirNo any appointments letter gave to me at joining time so how to deducted my salary that company no any document signed by me term nd conditions so please now tell me what should i do about this matter my last company has deducted my whole salary of one month not only basic so please tell me.

08 September 2016 if no any formal letter of appointment was given to you suggests that it is an OPEN kind of situation.....favourable to your EMPLOYER.... So? Bear with it.....and henceforth please do not make such a mistake in future......All the best

10 September 2016 Sir i have a resignation letter signed by account manager nd experience latter also so now I should goto labor court for my payment or not
