Dear Experts
Pls let me know weather LTCG can be Add with the salary income or not to levy the tax slab wise I.E. salary income is 180000 and LTCG is say 100000 total income is 280000/-
Less 250000 30000*10/100 3000*3/100 90 plus 3000 total 3090 less rebate u/s 87A 3090-2000 1090/- total tax liability
Pls clarify weather the above mention calculation is correct or not or LTCG shall be taxed separately

Wrong
To pay tax Rs.4120.
Ps:- Tax on LTCG 30,000 (1,00,000 minus 70,000 to cover up basic exemption 2,50,000) @ 20& less rebate 2,000 plus 3% cess.
