Car is own by employer & maintaned by employer use for both purpose .Wt's tax tretment .A.Y- 10-11

if the vehicle is less than or equal to 1.6 CC engine capacity : Perk value = Rs. 1800/- per month.
if the vehicle is more than 1.6 CC engine capacity : Perk value = Rs. 2400/- per month.
& if the driver is also being provided by the employer : add Rs. 900/- in both the above cases.
