salary cert has not mentioned house rent allowances and uniform allowance .but our company accountant says we are getting above expenses.. and I stay at mine own resident.. but while filing income tax return I had claim the both..is it correct?

1. your accountant's oral statement wont do. You need a certificate giving an exact break-up of the salary.
2. if you are staying in your own house, you cannot claim any deduction against HRA
3. Uniform allowance shall be available only where you are actually spending money for office uniform
