if an Indian citizen working in Dubai and he getting salary there, on that salary will apply any tax?

Dubai Tax will apply if income is earned and received in Dubai.

Income tax will be determined on the basis of residential status of individual.

No I tax if he is working there and not resident in India, but only Indian passpoer holder.
