Dear Sir,
Other than Salary as bonus of previous year + overtime or sunday working + leave encashment + gratuity all are considered as income or not?
Pls clarify the same.

yes but there are certain exemption available u/s 10.

Like ? i mean which type of exemption. And sir pls tell me TDS would be deduct after consideration to all of these, if applicable or come under tax slab?

yes tds will be deducted if it exceeds rs 2,00,000.....
