if in the preceiding p.y.t/o is more than
Rs.10lakhs and in the p.y. t/o is less than rs.10lakhs.And
If in the c.y.t/o is less than Rs. 10lakhs
then what will be the service tax liability?
pls give me ans.

once the gross total income exceeds rs 10 lakhs then u have to pay service tax and its not to be seen yearwise whether service of rs 10 lakh in current year is crossed or not.
