Rotation of auditors

15 January 2015 if the term of auditors, as per the companies act, 2013 completes the term of 10 years and they get an extension of 3 more years....then should they be appointed at the forthcoming AGM for a period of 3 yaers at a stretch, or should be appointed for one-one year term in respective AGMs?
