30 June 2015 Dear All,


I would like to inform you that I had registered a private limited comapany dated on 8th March 2014. For A.Y 2014-15 I have filed only income tax return considering no operation has been carried out by that company.


Kindly suggest things as i have missed for compliance like ROC return, director form & others etc. was necessary to file.

02 July 2015 You have to file your balance sheet, annual rerturn for FY 2014-15. I would suggest you to get in touch with a CS or CA firm to avoid any non-compliance and save late fee penalty.
