Please help me I m unable to upload Form 32 bcz the co. status is Dormant, I have already filed Form 61 in 5th Dec.2011 and but the Annual Return and B/s are pending to file from 2007 to 2011 and Form 32 of Director appointment is 1st Sep. 2007(no need to file DIN 3).

Form 32 can be filed even if company status is default.
You might not be able to file the form due to the reason that the director whose digital signature you are using might be a director of any other defaulting company.
You can try to file the form with digital sign of another director who is not defaulting director after checking status on MCA site.
