Is it mandatory for a newly incorporated company to intimate ROC about the appointment of first auditor by filing form 23B.

YES , ITS MANDATORY FOR BOTH COMPANY AND AUDITORS ALSO WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM APPOINTMNT
