Quick Summary
For private limited companies, the due dates for filing ROC Annual Returns AOC 4 and MGT-7 for the financial year 2020-21 remain unchanged. As of now, there are no announced extensions. Therefore, the deadlines are 29th October 2021 for AOC 4 and 29th November 2021 for MGT-7. A UDIN generated by a CA on 15th October 2021 is valid for an AGM held on 27th September 2021, as it falls within the required timeframe.

I want to know what is the due date to file ROC Annual Return AOC 4 and MGT-7 for FY 2020-21 incase of Private Limited company.

21 September 2021 No extension of due dates, as on date. So the due dates remain same as 29th October & 29th November, 2021 respectively.
