Sir, I have filed Annual Return 2010, which was shown on MCA Port for Company as Balance Sheet Date 31.03.2010 with Date of AGM, Now Sir if I file Annual Return for 2009, Then MCA Port will Show Balance Sheet Date as 31.03.2009 with AGM Date or remains 31.03.2010 as Annual Return for 2009 filed after 2010.

Hi
The Master data will show the latest available data as on date if you have filed AR 2010 then it will give details of AR 2010, whether you have filed AR 2009 or not with ROC.
Other views are also solicited.

Sir, My worry is that if i file AR 2009 now then MCA MAster will take data from AR 2009, and show date for 2009 removing the date for AR 2010 which was already filed, and if MCA master shows data for 2009 it will seems that AR 2010 was not filed.

Hi...
No the Master Data will show the Balance Sheet date as 31.03.2010 even if you file the Annual Return of 2008-2009 after the Annual Return of 2009-10.

I WANT TO SHARE MY PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE.
WE HAVE FILED FORM 18 FOR A COMPANY AND THAT WAS APPROOVED BY ROC SHOWING NEW ADDRESS ON CMD. AFTER 1 MONTH WHEN THE COMPANY FILED FORM 20B WITH OLD ADDRESS BY MISTAKE,AND AFTER APPROVAL OF FORM 20B AGAIN OLD ADDRESS HAD BEEN SHOWING ON MCA PORTAL .THEN WE HAVE SEND CORRECTION FORM WITH FORM 18 TO CONCERNED ROC OFFICE FOR RECTIFICATION.AFTER ONE MONTH IT HAS BEEN CORRECTED.
