I am 33% shareholder of a pvt ltd company so can ask for 1 AGM's minutes of meeting / copy of attendance register / copy of poll papers???

Yes you can. Section 119 (2) of the Act states that any member shall be entitled to be furnished within 7 working days after he has made a request for the inspection of minutes.
